Bread – Stone baked ciabatta and butter with Himalayan salt
Starter – Scallops, cauliflower puree, burnt florets, chorizo crumb, chilli, tomato, parsley salsa
Main – Lemon and rosemary cod loin, rock samphire, grilled new potato, courgette, fennel, cherry tomato, lemon and caper dressing
Desserts – Vanilla panacotta, honeycombe, blackberry gel, blackberries

5 course menu

Bread – Stone baked ciabatta and butter with Himalayan salt
Pre Starter – Cream of celeriac soup, crispy pancetta, herb croutons, chive oil
Starter – Scallops, cauliflower puree, burnt florets, chorizo crumb, chilli, tomato, parsley salsa
Main – Lemon and rosemary cod loin, rock samphire, grilled new potato, courgette, fennel, cherry tomato, lemon and caper dressing
Desserts – Vanilla panacotta, honeycombe, blackberry gel, blackberries
Cheese – IOW cheese selection served with fig and pear chutney, walnuts, apricots, black grapes and sourdough charcoal and sesame crackers (Isle of wight Soft, Isle of Wight Blue, Gallybagger Mature)

The Sea Dinner Box

All of our home dining boxes are handcrafted and are made fresh each morning with the menu items you selected. Each box has been carefully crafted and packed to give optimum freshness and presentation. If you have added extras it will all come together in the same box if space is available. Our dinner boxes are based on two sharing or more. You can simply add as many as you like over minimum of two.

Our food is packed in an environment where all 14 major allergens may be present. Therefore, whilst we have strict separation processes, we cannot guarantee that menu items will be completely free from any particular allergen. If you have any concerns, please contact us before ordering.

Once you receive your box please keep refrigerated and enjoy by the expiration date printed on the blue card inside your box. Please note that these ingredients are not suitable for home freezing once received.
